32?

Well it's 32 degrees in Eau Claire today with some high cirrus clouds overhead. I don't know if it's from the recent warm temperatures or what but it really doesn't feel like it's 32, feels much warmer to me.  Winds are once again non existent and the sun is out in stride which is probably the reason for why it feels warmer than it is. National weather patterns show a clear divide between the north and south along that cold front and our occasional northwest winds are from a high pressure system over the Dakotas.
