Overcast

Well for the first day in a while I woke up to overcast skies. It's even windier then yesterday, I wonder if this consistent change in wind means that a storm could be brewing. The clouds are here and with the chance of 80 degrees today, the heat is here as well. Still in the morning however, it feels very cool and it's a pleasure to walk to class. 

Same old

Well today is pretty much the same as yesterday. Absolutely beautiful day except today we can actually see some clouds. Cirrus up high and humulis stratus to the north. The wind picked up a little more today but still gives a nice breeze. Great day to be in Eau Claire!

Stormy nights

It is once again beautiful here in Eau Claire today, sixty degrees and five mph winds make for a very comfortable morning. We had a big storm last night. A lot of rain and some clouds that were teal colored (no, not the duck). My friend from Oklahoma said you better watch out for the green skies. The camera didn't pick it up real great but them there skies looked somewhat green to me!

Summer lovin

Man it's currently 52 here in Eau Claire and its expected to get up to 72! What a beautiful day. Slight winds out of the southeast give a nice breeze as I'm walking to class with barely a cloud in the sky. It seems as though this weather is here to stay so enjoy it!

Clear skies

Currently clear skies here in Eau Claire as we start the week. We can expect a high of 67 and some great weather for taking a jog. A cold front over the Dakotas should eventually hit us over the next day or rwo so expect some change in the weather with that low pressure system. I usually get my weather data and maps from wunderground and they completely just changed thier app so now I have to find a new source for my daily weather blogs. Oh well. Hopefully tomorrow!

The national AAG conference is this week in Chicago and I will be attending. Sorry in advance for the spotty reports. 

Rain rain

Well it's a solid 40 degrees and raining today in Eau Claire. Gentle winds from the north northwest today as a cold front is about to blow in. We however are at the end of the rain storm that has hit much of wisconsin. Look for the temps to increase today as it clears up and the sun radiates through those clouds. Also the potential for increased water levels will be higher today. It won't get to massive flood levels but we will have to see how much the watershed got for rain upstream of us.
