Where is the fish?

On Saturday we decided to go out ice fishing up near New Auburn.Got out at dawn and what started as a relatively warm calm day, became a windy mess that gave us some red faces. Winds were coming out of the west because I was looking east all day to hide my face. No melt on the ice as it stayed in the low twenties which made for good fishing. Five Crappies including a nice 14 incher were fried later in the night. Hopefully next time we can catch more and I am equally hopeful that it will be as nice out as it was on Saturday.
You can really see what it means to be in a Continental location as the upper Midwest and Upper Prairie Pothole region did not get out of the twenties for a high.
